Shipping & Returns Policy
At FDEZ WERX, we stand behind the products we design and manufacture. Below you’ll find details on our warranty, order fulfillment, and return/cancellation policies.
Lifetime Warranty on FDEZ WERX Products

Covered: Slides, barrels, triggers, mag bases, and other FDEZ WERX–manufactured items are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Not Covered: Normal wear, improper use, or abuse.

Process: If you believe your FDEZ WERX product is defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Order Fulfillment

FFL Requirement: All firearms must ship to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

Processing Time: In-stock orders typically ship within 2–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for UPS and FedEx shipments.

Signature Required: Orders over $200 will ship signature required.
Returns & Cancellations

Custom Orders:
-
Orders with custom Cerakote or stippling cannot be changed once submitted.

Custom orders canceled after work has started will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

OEM Parts & Accessories:
-
Must be in original unused condition and sealed factory packaging.

Eligible for store credit only (minus shipping) if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Incorrect/Missing Items: Notify us immediately upon receipt of goods.

Customer-Returned Items: Items correctly shipped but returned at customer request may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Grip Modules: Ready-to-ship grip modules cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged once shipped.

Condition of Returns: Items that are used, blemished, damaged, or not in original sealed packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer or disposed of at the discretion of FDEZ.
Defective Merchandise

FDEZ WERX Products: If defective on arrival, we will provide a prepaid return label. Depending on the issue:

Cerakote defects will be refinished and returned.

Slides, barrels, mag bases, etc. may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Third-Party Products: If an accessory made by another manufacturer is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly.
RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Contact us within 30 business days of receipt to request an RMA Form.

Items must be well packed to ensure no damage would result from shipping.

Include RMA Form in box with product. Write RMA number on outside of shipping box.

Returns must be shipped within 10 business days of RMA issuance.
Non-Returnable Items

Firearms and firearm parts once transferred to the buyer

Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment
Return Shipping Recommendations

Use a carrier with tracking and insurance for safe return.
- Products must be well packaged to ensure no damage occurs in transit.

If you choose not to insure or declare full value, you are responsible for loss or damage in transit.

USPS offers limited tracking and requires a 30-day wait before initiating a trace.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as shipping costs on refused packages.
