DC Performance 16" SS Barrel

We make our barrels in a precision style:

First we only select the highest quality of SS 416R, yes there is a difference 

Second we anneal all of them in a long and slow process to insure homogenous hardness

Third drill and rifle check each for run out and diameter

Fourth we anneal again, forming puts alot of stress in the barrel and stress will destroy the accuracy of the barrel

Fifth we countour the barrel, cut the OD to the final shape

Sixth install the barrel extension, which we only buy the best

Seventh drill the gas hole and engrave the barrel

Eighth lap the barrel to remove burrs and smooth out the bore

Nineth we send them off for melonite coating for longevity 

Tenth we crown them with our own burr free crown to create one of the most accurate barrels you can get for your ar, most of our barrels perform around 1/4 moa with match grade ammo.
