In order to diagnose an issue correctly we ask that you please return the firearm, including any relevant attachments such as Magazines and FCU. Please remove, optics, lasers etc. *
In order to Diagnose an issue correctly we ask that you please send in a box or more of the ammo you are using with the firearm when the issues occurred.  *
Please ensure the weapon is properly lubed and none weapon related causes of malfunction have been excluded, such as user error, ammunition, magazines, incorrectly installed or adjusted parts, and lubrication.  *
You are required to send in a copy of your drivers license to ensure we can properly log in the firearm. The address on your drivers license is where any firearm will be shipped back to. *
